Ok, here goes...
Dr. Chauncy Smythe.
Herr "doctor" had quite the warped childhood. He got his start in Barvaria
playing doctor when real young. With local cats, a hammer, his father's
hacksaw and two screwdrivers. After several years of psychotherapy, chauncy
realized that he'd have to be more discreet, and eventually did go into
medical school. He was 20 when Hitler came to power, and was about to be
kicked out of medical school due to some rather scandalous things he was
doing with sharp knives ,leather straps and two homeless women he'd found.
The SS found out about him and his determination to complete his
'experiments', and covered up his mess. Then they recruited him. Dr Smythe
discovered that he had something of an aptitude for the occult, and went
about finding ways to work that into his experiments. when the 'final
solution' was put into effect, the "doctor" requested a transfer to
buchenwald. With no restraints on his behavior he was finally free to
complete his experiments. Nobody ever found out what it was he was trying
to achive with his work, and he even admitted that he was a little fuzzy on
the outcome, but he was sure it had something to do with the 'master race'.
And quite frankly, nobody ever really wanted to get close enough to ask him
many questions. He smelled. And he looked at everyone with an inquisitive
stare and a slight smile. Prisoner's sent to his labs in the camps
sometimes lived for as much as a year. But they weren't human. The doctor
even put them back into the barracks when he was done. The prisoners killed
them out of mercy.
"Dr. Chauncy Smythe" isn't his real name, it's just the code name he choose
for himself, that much can be found in the archive's. DG files indicate
that he disappeared during the last part of the war, but it's belived he was
sanctioned during OPERATION: WEREWOLF by one of the sweeper teams.
He'd be one to ressurect and put to work....his occult knowledge would be
of help but his instabiltiy would be a problem...
Just some random thoughts...
