I have a few Karotechia NPC's for you to use and abuse as you see fit;-

first off there's a Bischoffe; Mark Stancher

The Seventh Son

Whatever dark and spidery shape lurked in the branches of the Stancher family tree; it was in evidence long before Carl Stancher bore his seventh son. The first Stancher to set foot in the New World was Heinrich; a ruthless Prussian nobleman excommunicated by the Vatican, who made his fortune in America by selling smallpox-ridden blankets to natives and claiming their tribal land.

His son was Ernst; who sold arms to both sides in the civil war, and his son was Harald, who was hung for dynamiting a mine full of workers in a land dispute. Carl Stancher was a wealthy East-coast industrialist by the 1930's; but he risked it all in 1941 by condemning the US decision to join the war against the Axis powers. Rather, he decided, they should side with a Europe united under Nazi rule against the communist threat. His wife left him, taking his four sons with her, and Stancher only narrowly avoided prison. The government however, seized control of his factories under allegations of fraud and treason. At the end of the war, Stancher liquidated what assets he still possessed, and returned to the Old World to see what opportunities he could exploit in the Marshall plan. After several years earning a crust out of the economic upheaval in Austria, Stancher met a wealthy English widower called Diana in Vienna. Ever the opportunist, Stancher married her quickly, and moved to England, where he used her large fortune to buy a motor car manufacturer called Leopard that was based near a town called Brichester in the Severn valley. Stancher established himself in the area, and Diana began to bear his children. She had the third in 1958. Mark.

Always a sick and somewhat depraved child, his parents became accustomed to covering up his 'indiscretions'. The 8-year old girl he 'raped' when he was 10. The time he broke into a funeral home when he was 14 - and was caught doing something to the bodies. And of the course the horrific injury he inflicted upon a fellow student during his first (and last) term at Oxford whilst felating him. After being thrown out of University, his Father bought him the flat he was always pestering for in London and then washed his hands of the troublesome youth, suspecting his heroin habit, but not his dabbling in druidic practices and hoping he would either burn out or fade away.

Mark knew only a little magic; but he had the aptitude. He was fascinated by the decadence and violence of druidic lore and the power he believed it could give him to live out his by now rather depraved fantasies. As young as 14 he had begun selling sex to wizened second hand booksellers in Brichester and reclusive academics in Wychhill in return for paltry magic tricks they knew - only some of which worked; druidism being riddled with the worship of Shub-Niggurath of course, but not a viable form of magical power in itself. By the time he 'came out' in London society however, he was enough of a student of the black arts to impress the likes of Malcolm Maclaren and Vivienne Westwood, and became a regular at their parties and their scene. For the most part, however, London's occult underground shunned him. Stancher was ultimately just another know-nothing with a few parlour tricks and a twisted libido. Meat for some dark shape somewhere.

Eventually Stancher's tiresome shallowness and depraved sexuality bored even Maclaren, and Stancher left London society for New York. At a The Teardrop Explodes gig at Club Apocalypse, Stancher came face to face with real power for the first time. Robert Hubert. High on a horse/booze combo, Stancher challenged Hubert to a magical due. Hubert responded by burning the druidic spells Stancher was trying to cast onto his body; branding him all over with strange runes and sigils. Two adepts then dumped the screaming youth's body into the gutter, and Hubert turned his attention to something a little more interesting.

Haunted by the memory of the terrible might he had witnessed, Stancher stalked the NY Occult scene like a wraith for the next few years, crazed for power and heroin. He attempted to perform even more debauched and bloody druidic rituals, with mixed results. It was during this time that he killed his Father - who in his final years had decided to come to America and 'save' the child he had abandoned years before. Stancher raped and murdered him in an attempt to see into the future. As his occult power began to increase - however slowly - he began to perform low-level magical hatchet-work for various criminal elements in return for heroin. This brought him to the notice of Estevenza - Bitterich's talent scout - at a swing club in Manhattan. Estevenza talked to Stancher for some time, fascinated by the markings on the sick creature. Stancher was so pleased to be taken so seriously for once he even forgot the craving for heroin that had brought him there to try and sell himself. When Stancher revealed his German heritage, Estevenza decided to 'audition' Stancher using a prostitute they acquired at the club. As they had sex with the unfortunate woman, Stancher demonstrated the Shrivelling spell on her - one of the few genuinely dangerous spells he knew. The pair left for La Estancia the next morning.

Nobody much liked Stancher. He was not intelligent, far from the epitome of the Aryan ideal physically, and his only desires revolved around his sexual urges;- which by this point were far too much or even some of the hardened sickos the Karotechia had attracted. But despite his branding, and the fact he was now far from young, he retained a youthful build and appearance; and in particular boyish blue eyes that attracted the attention of Bitterich. The ageing nazi found Stancher's wholehearted devotion to him endearing, and ultimately, arousing. The two became lovers. Bitterich also recognised Stancher's aptitude for magic - and began to tutor him. Stancher quickly became the formidable mage he had always wanted to be. His debt to Bitterich is one he knows he can never repay, but one he will always try to.

then there's a Ritter;-

Alan McCormick (Die Ritter)

A long serving member of the Ulster Volunteer Force, following his dismissal from the Royal Ulster Constabulary for 'extreme brutality' in 1977, McCormick turned Professional terrorist in 1986, after killing prominent Sinn Fein spokesperson Sheila Kennedy in a Derry car bomb and shooting to the top of the IRA's 'legitimate target' list (although his most infamous and gruesome exploit remains the dismemberment and subsequent cooking of informant Jerry Campbell in 1981; obstensively to mask the identity of the corpse once police had found it).

McCormick spent the next few years selling his services to hard right organisations around the world - principally in the Middle East. It was during this time that he met Reinhard Galt - the two are believed to be responsible for the murder of Mossad undercover agent Hiram Rivlin in Damascus circa 1989.

In august, 1994, following the first of the IRA's "cessation" of violence, and the most positive sign the Northern Ireland peace process could begin in earnest, McCormick was summoned to La Estancia through the mercenary grapevine. Galt spent a few days showing McCormick selected parts of the operation. Giving McCormick the chance to assess the Karotechia and of course, vice versa. Galt was particularly impressed with McCormick's nonchalant acceptance of his 'diet'.

The Karotechia had grown concerned that any attempt to push through a Northern Ireland peace agreement would damage their sphere of influence in the British Isles area. A combination of strict gun laws, intense media hostility, and police crackdowns on traditionally fertile fascist breeding grounds had left many British hard right organisations virtually impotent; with only the Northern Ireland groups providing a strong and effective paramilitary presence. The Karotechia had decided to establish and fund extremist organisations on both sides in order to destabilise the peace process and to provide a firm base of power in the area. McCormick was to head up the strong-arm branch of the main loyalist group - Association of the Ulster Right (AURa). McCormick accepted - for money rather than ideology, and returned to Belfast to recruit.

McCormick is much like Galt;- a soldier who likes to follow orders and appreciates organisations that order him to do what he does best. It's true that his beginnings are rooted in ideology - if you can call mindless sectarianism ideology - but this veneer has long since been dropped to reveal what really motivates him;- conflict and violence and the power that it brings him.

McCormick stands around 5 11", has a rakish build, and long unkempt dark brown hair. He usually dresses scruffily and portrays a carefree nonchalance towards everything. He speaks with a slow and measured Belfast drawl and smiles a lot whilst he works. In combat, he moves like lightning and kills without hesitation. He enjoys extensive contacts not only in most of the loyalist paramilitary organisations, but in the RUC and Special Branch as well.

And finally a hard right front organisation for the Karotechia;-

AURa (Association of the Ulster Right)

Formed by McCormick in early 1995, AURa members tend to be made up of the older, more professional elements of the Loyalist paramilitaries; men who have enjoyed far too much power and kudos for far too long to let it be pissed away in the name of peace. Many represent criminal elements in Belfast and associated Northern Irish cities as well, and all enjoy good and extensive contacts throughout Ulster and British cities where the Orangemen are strong (i.e. Glasgow).

To destabilise the peace process, McCormick has stayed clear of the kind no street violence that is characteristic of most sectarian organisations - instead targeting prominent Republicans and 'enemies of the union' in the same way the IRA themselves operate. So far, the most high profile killings have been an Amnesty International investigator ('IRA apologist') in Belfast, an RUC officer who criticised the forces occasional concentration on republican violence rather than Unionist, and most surprising of all Shaun Macdonald, a known American IRA sympathiser and industrialist, spectacularly assassinated outside a Boston night-spot. McCormick has also hinted he is willing to strike on the British mainland against politicians who he feels 'are selling the union down the river';- unheard of in any other loyalist faction.

Hope this will be of some help.
