twisted characters will be selected by an arcane and as yet undetermined method for
promotion to the high holy rank of Bischofe. The rest will be relegated to the lowly rank
of Ritter, if they don't end up on Reinhard Galt's dinner table. Although I'm not expecting
a whole lot, for "the best list on the internet" we sure don't post many characters

The Pagan staff, suitably liquored, agreed to offer a copy of ALIEN
INTELLIGENCE signed by Reynolds, Glancy, Detwiller, and Tynes, to the one
author who submits, in my personal and idiosyncratic estimation, the most
unpleasant and unusual character write-up to the MiB. In short, MiB, you
pick out the Bischofe you're looking for, and then we'll pick an
uber-winner from those.
