To Dave and others interested in Unit 731- the definitive source on the
unit, including it's later Paperclip connections and US use of biowar in
Korea, is 'Unit 731' by Peter Williams and David Wallace (ISBN 0 586 20822
4). Published by Grafton in London in 1990, it is unfortunately rather
hard to come by. I picked up my secondhand but Amazon might be worth a
shot. Conspiratorial scuttlebutt has it that it was released on the US
market but lacking the chapter on US misdeeds in Korea.
On another topic, I don't know what the list netiquette is around here but
I may as well introduce myself as this is my first day on the DG mailing
list.
My name is Leigh Neville, I live and work in London even though I was born
and raised in Australia. I've been into HPL for a long time and COC almost
as long. I was playing a very similar style of modern COC before DG was
released- Majestic, Dulce, Groom yadda yadda yadda and have since leapt on
DG.
I occasionally write for various magazines including the Fortean Times and
am/was co-editor of Immerse until financial difficulties forced it into a
holding pattern. My chief areas of interest pertinent to this list are
conspiracy theory, the intelligence and special operations community,
cryptozoology, urban mythology/foaflore and of course HPL.
