IIRC, we even had a thread on this list awhile back about DG in the era of the interstellar Third Imperium ("Delta Green Traveller"), with agents covertly investigating otherworldly Cthuloid horrors the Emperor and his Space Navy are powerless to stop.... and another thread connecting the Cthuloid menaces and the Mysterons!:)

(POV of someone walking cautiously at midnight down a poorly-lit street in a run-down section of town...)

VO:
"The Karotechia -- sworn enemies of freedom....
Possessed of but one goal -- to DESTROY!"

(A sound in a nearby darkened alley -- the POV swiftly swings about 90 degrees to the alley and, standing there, a black-clad man with Blues Brothers shade! As actinic arc-lights noislily sputter to life to illuminate the figure, the muzzle of the Schmeisser MP40 submachine gun carried by the viewpoint character comes up... The Schmeisser's magazine is emptied in one long burst, 9mm Parabellum slugs ripping apart trashcans, dumpsters, and boxes in the alley, ricocheting off the surrounding brick and concrete... The black-clad figure is totally unaffected! He levels a Colt Commander, and squeezes off one shot! There is a thump as the MP40 wielding Nazi falls...)

VO:
"Leading the fight (or so he maintains)... One man Fate has made
"well-nigh invulnerable"...
His designation -- _The Man in Black_!" :)
