TASKFORCE LIBRETTO

    "Taskforce Libretto: A sub-department of Interpol, created within their mandate, for the purpose of combating the increasing numbers of ultra-violent nationalist movements springing up in Interpol member-states. The task-force provides information sharing, criminal tracking and intelligence gathering resources to Law Enforcement Officers of member states.
It should be noted, that - as with all Interpol activities - actual investigation and enforcement is left to local LEO resources. Libretto will use the standard Interpol methods of passing information, diffusions and notices, though the notices will be marked red/black to mark Libretto-information.
     Libretto itself means Little Book in Italian, and refers to an officer's notebook.[Needs work]"
