Interpol issues international lookouts and advisories in the form of "INTERPOL notices". the notices are distributed in the four official languages, and each member country distributes the notices among the appropriate law enforcement authorities within their respective countries. Most notices are color coded to designate their specific purpose.
INTERPOL NOTICE TYPES
Red notices request the provisional arrest of a subject with a view toward extradition
Black notices provide information about unidentified bodies and deceased persons who were probably using false identities.
Blue notices are designed to collect information about persons, in order to verify a person's identity, obtain particulars about a person's criminal record, locate a person who has not been fully identified, or locate a wanted person whose extradition may be requested.
Green notices give police agencies information about persons who have committed, or are likely to commit offenses affecting several countries and who may be in their territory (habitual offenders, child molesters, pornographers).
Grey notices inform law enforcement of significant cases and developments in the field of international organized criminal activity.
Orange notices provide information on criminal activity with international ramifications, but not involving a specific person or group.
Purple notices also known as a Modus Operandi Sheet, circulate information about criminal methods of operation.
Yellow notices are circulated to provide information about persons who are missing or are unable to identify themselves (including parental abductions and missing children).
FOPAC Bulletins provide money laundering information. FOPAC is a French acronym: Fonds Provenant de Activités Criminelles.
Stolen Property notices provide information about stolen artworks and cultural property.

Additionally, after Libretto has been formed, the normal sorts of notices will be stamped Libretto for a standard notice which has direct bearing on Race-Hate groups, therefore you will have a Purple (Libretto) notice for the Modus Operandi of the notorious Aryan Volk Partei, or a Blue (Libretto) notice for a request for information on Reinhard Galt's activities in Britain during Chapter 3.

Eventually, as Libretto gains favour it will gain it's own notice colour, perhaps WHITE to note items specfically of interest to Libretto signatories.
