Ah, but that's where the "but it's much more complicated than that" caveat comes in! I envision the whole thing being orchestrated by Alzis and company, posing it as a "race" against the Karotechia so that they can simply manipulate the Karotechia and Delta Green into doing the dirty work for them. The challenge for the players will be to realize that they are being manipulated by Stephen Alzis ("But I saw him die!") and played off of the Karotechia and the miscellaneous occult opposition, and then figure out a way to do something about it.

Of course, I fully expect COUNTDOWN and DGEOV2 to give us all plenty of guidance and direction. . .
