 During the last days of the twentieth century, a small group of role-playing gamers, subscribed to the Delta Green mailing list, embarked on a multi-author project to create a modern day campaign of international terror and sorcery. This investigation into the complexities of alien evil began as the resonant ideas of one man, The Man in Black, and his extrapolation of concepts found within the pages of Pagan Publishing's Delta Green sourcebook. The inexorable momentum of this collaboration is measured by the commitment and contributions of those who have chosen to embrace these stark unrealities. It is to them that we owe this unrelenting madness...

San Francisco Chronicles

 Having been on holiday and regained some of my earlier enthusiasm (Finally getting round to buying Rules of Engagement and DGEO:V2 will dot at to you), Phil has decided to put some of his limited time into other DG projects and put the results up here.
This area will cover the emerging adventures of the pupating R-Cell, backed up by Source Material, adventure seeds, and short fiction to set the tone.
